Daryl Sawyer

I started playing with electronics around the age of 8.  I was always taking things apart to see what made them work.  In high school I took all the computer programming and business classes I could.   I joined Distributed Educational Clubs of America (DECA) and participated in the sales competitions where I picked product and demonstrated the sales process.  I discovered in high school that I could give up some electives and attend Lewis and Clark Technical school.  I took their two year Electronics program which gave me experience in electronics repair, television and satellite installations and repair and even build some robots.  One of the robots built delivered attendance slips and messages to the office with it’s robotic arm..  I had a short career during high school working at Radio Shack.  I was the only part time sales person at the time that made the top ten list of sales for the district.  After high school I worked as a copier repairman, built medical test equipment and avionics test equipment for the Navy on contract at McDonnell Douglaus.  I also worked in the supply chain and manufacturing sector assmebling and manufacturing items as well as shipping an receiving products.  A large portion of my career has been spend working with Healthcare companies mainly in pharmacetical manufacturing and various areas of service providers.  I specialize in delivering technologies and analytics information to give businesses a competitive advantage or grow in new areas.  I love to help businesses connect with customers and help customer find businesses for a need that they have.  I formed a small business named Marketing Connections that helps startup, small and mid sized businesses grow by utilizing technology and digital marketing strategies.  Electronics and Information Technology will always be a hobby of mine and I love spending numerous hours learning about new stuff and building my skillset.  I am glad you took the time to learn about me and if you have a need for your business or would like to chat about technology please reach out.
